Orders and shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to US addresses then typically takes 7 to 15 business days. International delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below $100, US shipping is a flat $4.99 and international shipping is a flat $8.00.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order at any time on our Track My Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@carringtoncroft.com with your order number.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders have no import fees. International orders may be charged duties or taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@carringtoncroft.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We'll send return instructions once it's approved. Please don't send items back without approval.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and cover any return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days of your return being approved, to your original payment method.
Sizing and products
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us with your usual size and we'll help.
How should I care for my items?
Follow the care label on each item. As a general rule, wash knitwear cold and dry it flat, and keep leather and suede away from water and direct heat.
Payment and contact
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify.
